It is a spiced with salt and pepper, bagged in a natural gut and tied by hand.
Thanks to the great naturalness, it can be also eaten raw.

“Migliorati” Salsicce are free of antioxidants, dyes or preservatives, therefore it is possible to taste them raw as well, better if on a bruschetta bread. They are excellent to be cooked in many different ways, on the pan, grilled or perfect for sauces, and any other use while cooking. If stored in the fridge, after few days they may lose their pinky color. This is absolutely normal and it actually proves their craftsmanship and total absence of antioxidants or dyes in the sausage, which therefore remains a totally natural product.

Anche le salsicce, sia fresche che stagionate, hanno una marcia, anche due o tre in più. Semplicemente squisite!

Nonostante l’iniziale “titubanza” nell’acquistare un prodotto fresco online, devo invece dire di essere rimasto stupefatto, la spedizione refrigerata è stata eccellente.
E sul prodotto veramente nulla a che vedere con quelle del supermercato, non era una cavolata!
